I called voiceglo this morning to get some answers to basic questions. This is how it went:

Me: Do you pass incoming DTMF tones?
Them: No
Me: Do you know what a DTMF tone is?
Them: No, but I've read the list of features.
Me: Do you send 10-digit caller ID, without putting a 1 in front of the number?
Them: Yes, we have caller ID.
Me: Could I speak to somebody in technical support?
Them: I am in technical support."
